Communities

Stay connected to the issues that do not end when the meeting does

The biggest challenges in banking are rarely resolved in a single conference session. Artificial intelligence, capital management, technology transformation, liquidity, digital assets and changing business models require continuing discussion, comparison and judgement.

The Banking Academy’s Executive Communities bring senior financial-services leaders together throughout the year through virtual briefings, in-person sessions, practitioner dialogue, peer exchange, research and structured learning.

Each community is built around a defined area of responsibility or industry change. Members gain access to relevant intelligence, experienced practitioners and peers facing similar decisions, creating a setting where ideas can be tested, assumptions challenged and developments followed as they unfold.

Future Bank Council

Future Bank Council

A continuing conversation on the forces reshaping banking

The Future Bank Council connects senior banking leaders with practitioners, innovators and research on the developments changing how financial institutions compete and operate.

Members participate in curated briefings, workshops and dialogue on issues such as artificial intelligence, core banking modernisation, digital assets, payments, customer strategy and new business models. These discussions are supported by TABInsights research and provide members with an ongoing environment for benchmarking ideas, comparing approaches and staying close to emerging industry developments.

ICAAP Forum

Rehearse the decisions before the pressure arrives

The ICAAP Forum is a year-long membership programme for bank teams responsible for capital, liquidity, treasury, finance and risk.

Members work through quarterly simulation cycles in a virtual bank, supported by economic and regulatory briefings, faculty debriefs, structured learning and confidential peer comparison. The programme culminates in an in-person Decision Lab, giving teams a practical environment to test how they would respond when capital, liquidity, funding and risk decisions come under pressure.
